For team managers to order kit for new players, or replacement kits for existing players in the 2025/26 season.

A note on kit ordering

This page is for ordering kit for new players joining your squad, or replacement kit for existing players where the original has been genuinely lost or damaged beyond use. It is not intended for mid-season top-ups or additional kit requests outside of these circumstances.

To keep things manageable for everyone, please plan your kit requirements at the start of each season. The club will communicate the kit ordering window each close season, giving all managers the opportunity to identify and address any genuine kit needs ahead of the new campaign.

If you have a specific situation that falls outside the above, get in touch before placing an order and we’ll do our best to help.

Kit orders are:

  • Allocated from club stock for fast delivery
  • Comes with a pre-allocated squad number
  • Usually ready within 48-72 hours if we have stock

Kit will be allocated from stock if possible but may be subject to a lead time at peak times in the season.

Note: Goalkeeper kits and home kits with special numbers may need to be ordered from the supplier and will have a longer lead time. When ordering keeper please state colour in the notes – ORANGE or VOLT.

Whole team orders must be requested separately through KitKing.

Before You Start

  • Players must be registered with SCFC before ordering
  • For new players, £30 deposit per complete kit, refundable when kit is returned
  • For existing players, old kit must be returned before new kit can be issued.

Ordering Kit

You’ll need:

  • Player’s full name
  • Correct kit size
  • For new players, confirmation that LoveAdmin registration and £30 deposit are complete

Sizes available: YS, YM, YL, YXL, XS, S, M, L, XL

Returning Kit. When to return:

  • Outgrown kit
  • Player leaving club

Collection Methods

  • Saturday mornings – Pick up from the Memorial Ground
  • Other times – By special arrangement with the club
