Welcome to Southwell City FC’s coaches records input system
It is important we have a clear and up to date record of all coaches, assistant coaches and administration support for all our the teams. This can assist the club in communication but it is vital given these are young people that we have records detailing who is supporting them in their respective teams. We collect in the core information through a web link direct to your email once you sign up. The record is accessed by key members of the executive of the club in order to fulfil their roles such as Club Secretary, Child Welfare or Chairman/Vice Chairman duties.
The record collects basic detail only and is a set of drop down boxes where possible. We also would like you to be part of the club Whatsapp group, if you are not already. Managers use it to communicate and it is effective.
We will request all who support the players to update regularly and will prompt once a year. New coaches/admin can be added at any time. Each year we will purge the record for people who may have handed on the reigns to another party within the year.

Follow these steps to create your SCFC Coach Record.
1: Visit the Coach Record page and sign up.
2: After you sign up, you will receive an email with a private link to your coach record. Click on the link to then add the info required. This can be updated at any time using the same link.
3: If you forget your link, go back to the sign up page and click the link at the bottom to have it resent to you.
