What a way to finish the first half of the season! Southwell City U9 Wolves wrapped up the winter campaign in style, clinching the league title and receiving their trophy from Nottingham Forest legend Neil Webb – a moment the boys will never forget.
Throughout the campaign, the Wolves have played with real enthusiasm and supported one another every step of the way. Each player has grown in confidence and skill, but what stands out most is the team spirit and the friendships they’ve built along the way
Winning the winter league is a fantastic achievement, and with the spring campaign still ahead, there’s plenty more to look forward to.
